Pathfinder Recovery is preparing for strategic expansion into the State of Connecticut, building on its established foundation of excellence in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. The initiative aligns with the organization’s long-term growth plan to increase access to high-quality, outcomes-driven care across the Northeast.
Purpose of Expansion
This expansion aims to bring Pathfinder Recovery’s evidence-based day treatment programs and patient-centered approach to communities with rising behavioral health needs. The organization seeks to meet growing demand for integrated care models that combine clinical rigor, data analytics, and compassionate treatment delivery.
Facility and Program Development
Pathfinder is exploring opportunities to establish a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program in Connecticut. Proposed program elements include individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment coordination, and wraparound case management, in compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health and DMHAS standards.
